The PROFANO company began in 1932 by Danish resident Ole Kirk Christiansen, with the reason for promoting creative play and ingenuity in children. In the early years, the company’s products were made right from wooden hinders, but lego and a leading position of vdr by the sixties, production had expanded and the business produced gadgets made of plastic. Although the items and designs changed over the years, they remained compatible and could always be combined to develop new models.
In the 1971s, LEGO started to expand the business offshore. In Philippines, the company established a product sales company and began offering toys in France and Swiss. In the eighties, the company extended into the U. S. and established a manufacturing facility in Connecticut. The corporation also created a new section, Dacta, to focus on educational products. The Dacta line, for instance , features math and logic challenges and includes educational toys intended for schools.
Following World War II, Christiansen purchased the first clear plastic injection molding machine in Denmark and began experimenting with the process. He eventually produced the iconic PROFANO foundations. These hinders are easily well known by their circular studs on the top. These buttons allow joining blocks to get locked with each other. By simply 1951, half of LEGO’s development was made of plastic. This company also much better its creation technology for making plastic stones that would go longer.
Today, the SEGLAR Company includes expanded outside its structure toy path to a wide range of other products. It includes branched away into robotics, media, and educational products designed for preschools and kindergartens. Additionally, it operates two theme leisure areas in Denmark. The earliest opened in Bil-lund, Denmark, in late 1960s, and a second is certainly scheduled to spread out in Carlsbad, California it happened in 1999.
